I’d just like to take a moment to say thank you for trusting me with your business. I’m so excited to get to work with you!
Your customer experience and back-end systems setup are truly the most fun ways to have a significant impact on your brand, and I’m here to acknowledge the leap you took in making this priority.
Everyone works in different ways, and I’ve found it helpful to lay out expectations up front. The good news is: there are just a few, and you can find them all right here. Save this guide or refer to it as often as needed. Here’s to insight, clarity, simplicity, and ease!

1. Communication

Asana will be our home base from here on out. While you are welcome to email me, please know that the best way to communicate as we work together will be in Asana.
If you haven’t experienced it yet, Asana is a project management tool. Asana allows you to create projects and assign deadlines, talk about tasks, add files, connect to Google Docs and Dropbox, and even integrate with our calendars for an easy week-at-a-glance during our check-in. Best of all, Asana is easy to use, available for Mac and PC, and also offers mobile apps so you can check in on the go. We’ll be using LastPass to share passwords securely. This will grant me access to your tools and accounts without me knowing what your password is. You can control and revoke access at any time. If you’ve never used LastPass, it’s free and here is a helpful guide on how sharing works


3. Our Calls

Each week, we’ll be checking in to review our Asana board and tasks. For the moment, I’ve decided the calls will take place via Uberconference, so there is the ability to screen share if needed and create a recording if desired. After each call, I’ll be sending a summary email to confirm we’re on the same page and highlight next steps.

4. Working hours

While you might see me sending an email in the evening or working on a Sunday afternoon, this doesn't guarantee I’m available for contact. 

Office hours are: 
Monday-Thursday 9AM-3PM EST
I’m only available to take calls as shown in my scheduler unless we have made another arrangement.
